It's designed to help you clear mental and physical clutter, reconnect with God’s calling, and gain clarity and strength.

  • No, fasting in this program doesn’t necessarily mean giving up all food. Participants are encouraged to choose their level of fasting participation, but a dietary plan similar to Whole30 is recommended. This plan focuses on eliminating sugar, processed foods, and other common triggers for 21 days. Full details and guidelines will be provided in the Freedom Fast Guide Book. You can tailor the fast to fit your needs while still challenging yourself to break free from unhealthy habits and distractions.

  • Absolutely! You’ll have access to daily reflections, group support through a private community, and guidance from me to keep you motivated and on track.

  • Participants often report increased mental clarity, improved energy, better control over cravings, and a deeper connection to their purpose. This fast is designed to help you break free from the physical and spiritual distractions holding you back.

  • Once you register, participants will receive an email with everything you need to get started, including a guide, meal plans, daily reflections, tracking checklists and access to our private community. Email will be sent prior to Oct 31st

  • No problem! The Freedom Fast is structured to support both beginners and experienced participants. You’ll receive all the guidance and support you need to complete the fast successfully, even if this is your first time. There are modifications included for pregnant and nursing women as well.
